Both TUI and the official tourist authority have rated the Sensatori in Crete as 5 star. The hotel comprises of 400 guestrooms in a selection of buildings that range from 2 to 4 floors. There are elevators in all accommodation blocks and the main building has 4 elevators. TUI offers holidays at this property on a special "Full Board Plus" that provides drinks with your meals. "All Inclusive" upgrades are also available. The hotel is actually owned and operated by Atlantica Hotels & Resorts who provide the Sensatori experience to TUI customers.

Classic Greek design is in order for the guestrooms at Sensatori Resort, Lyttos Beach, Crete with gilt mirrors and Greek vases that add a touch of elegance to the room.
