The hotel has 198 guest bedrooms, is officially rated as a 4 star hotel. Be aware that Funchal is a very hilly location and this could present problems getting around if your in a wheelchair.  The hotel itelf presents no problems with disabled customers, but the resort in general could be problematic for disabled people who want to go exploring the resort.
